If you get lots of small, red, pimply bumps on your upper arms, you may need to change your diet.
Make sure that you include lots of foods that are high in vitamin B12 and omega 3 and 6 fats. Food high in vitamin B12 include eggs, milk, cheese, yoghurt, fish (tuna, salmon, trout). This vitamin is also added to most popular breakfast cereals. Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids can be found in salmon, anchovies, sunflower seeds, almonds and mayonnaise.
