Tiny blisters on your fingers

Tips

Zinc

Do you sometimes get tiny, painless blisters popping all over the palms of your hands and fingers?  You might be low in zinc.

Make sure that you include lots of foods that are high in zinc in your diet (for example, lamb, pumpkin seeds, chickpeas).  Also, food that is high in vitamin B (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, avocados, baked beans) can help if you have a deficiency in B vitamins too.
